Hobbies
I have a multitude of hobbies which often inspire my filmmaking, helping inform my creative decisions and offer a deeper understanding of different aspects of the industry.

Music
I played the bass guitar in a band throughout my undergraduate degree, writing and performing unique songs at small events around York.

I also play the piano (Grade 5) which developed my ability to sight read music. I briefly played the double bass as well.

Dance
I have been trained in a multitude of dance forms: Ballet Grade 5, Ballroom Grade 3 and I was part of the Dance Fusion troupe at Trinity Laban.

I have a passion for choreographing, which I have been able to do on multiple occasions throughout my education.

Fashion
I have a keen interest in fashion, so much so that during lockdown I created an online site through which I sold vintage garments with my own hand painting on, as well as clothing which I had made from scratch.

Special Effects Makeup
This is a self-taught skill which I developed in my youth and thoroughly enjoy whenever I get the chance to work on a project doing special effects makeup.

Acting
I will always enjoy acting and have grown up learning the art of it - having achieved a distinction in LAMDA grade 8 acting.

I try to act when I can, having worked on some amateur short films.

Editing
When creating my music videos whilst at school I attended a course on Adobe Premiere Pro to teach myself the basics. Since completing many short films, I have developed my knowledge in editing on the software and found it was a very useful skill to have for the lower budget short films I made, where I had to edit the majority myself.
